26.2 miles is a marathon! There is no getting around it. It takes endurance and toughness whether you run 2:59 or 5 hours. Everyone suffers a bit. It's not a walk in the park. But the personal rewards are great if you can train your way to a time you want, and do it in a race. The Boston Marathon will be an amazing reward if we can train our way to qualifying for it at the Wineglass Marathon in October.
