Weekly Medium-Long Runs

Training your body for endurance requires teaching it to burn stored fat. Going long and slow helps in that process. The 12.22 mile run we did on Thursday, the 11th, was a fat burning run. And we're trying something new with it, running the last mile faster. Add in our speed play repeats on another day of the week and we think we have a match to help us achieve our goal on race day.
